The Plasma Pen is a revolutionary new device that’s designed to minimize the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and other complexion imperfections. There’s no surgery or stitches involved; in fact, unlike microneedling, the Plasma Pen doesn’t even use any needles. It’s an excellent solution for patients who want to get the best skin possible, but don’t want to be uncomfortable in their pursuit for a beautiful complexion!

The Plasma Pen works by using electrostatic energy to gently deliver pulses of plasma to key facial areas, like around the eyes and the mouth. These pulses are designed to trigger the body’s natural collagen and elastin production, which are two fundamental building blocks for beautiful and effortlessly flawless-looking skin. This excess collagen and elastin production has several exciting benefits, including:

• Improved skin tone and texture
• Improvement in wrinkles and fine lines
• Minimized hyperpigmentation

You’re a good candidate for Plasma Pen treatments if you have wrinkles and sagging around your eyes, heavy undereye bags, crow’s feet, wrinkles around your lips, sagging cheeks, loose skin under your chin, wrinkles around your ears or prominent frown lines between your eyes or on your forehead. You would also benefit from Plasma Pen treatments if you have sagging skin on your belly, upper arms, upper thighs and knees.

In addition to treating sagging skin conditions, the Plasma Pen is also used to remove skin tags, reduce scars, reduce stretch marks and remove tattoos.

The length of the Plasma Pen treatment depends on where it’s being used. You can expect your treatment to take 30 minutes (for eye treatments) or up to 120 minutes (for body treatments or multiple facial areas). Some patients feel slightly uncomfortable during their Plasma Pen treatment, so we use numbing cream to prepare you for your session.

Results are immediate and permanent. They include firmer and younger-looking skin, as well as a significant improvement in hyperpigmentation. Skin will also look more radiant, feel thicker to the touch and have a renewed youthfulness to it.

Full results are usually visible about three months after your Plasma Pen treatment.

There’s no downtime, but we do advise clients that they may experience slight redness and skin flaking for a few days after their Plasma Pen treatment. Additionally, treatments around the eyes may cause swelling that would prevent driving or operating heavy machinery. We advise clients to wear sunscreen immediately after their Plasma Pen session and for the duration of the healing (4-8 weeks).

Yes and no. There are other treatments that will yield similar results (Botox, Laser, Micro-needling, Fractional CO2), but these treatments are much more invasive (needles), require longer healing/down time, cost more, and are temporary. Fibroblast is permanent, minimally invasive (doesn’t touch the skin) and facial treatments are healed enough that you can wear make-up within 1 week!

We provide you with the only products that we want you to use after being treated with a Plasma Pen. Our products are made specifically for the aftercare of this mild type of skin ablation, not containing any chemicals or perfumes that would cause scaring or hyperpigmentation. We provide you with enough product to use for the entire month after your treatment until the area is completely healed.
